Scott Deputy was born in Wilmington, Delaware and has lived in New Castle County his whole life. Scott graduated from Wilmington Christian School and attended the University of Delaware. He lives in the greater Wilmington area. Scott has been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and specializes in residential real estate. He spends his leisure time hiking, snow skiing, kayaking, playing basketball and softball, and training in the martial arts. Scott spends time in the community by volunteering with Special Olympics of Delaware, where he has been a unified partner in basketball and softball for the last six years. The foundation for Scott's business philosophy comes straight from Article 1 of the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics which states:
